About Our Home Inspection Company
We have completed many different types of home inspections. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

Our Inspectors Qualifications:
Have completed the proctored National Home Inspector Exam by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors required by Maryland for State licensing
- Take the InterNACHI's Online Inspector Examination every year; an industry standard required by InterNACHI and some state licensing boards
- Abide by ASHI and InterNACHI's Code of Ethics
- Follow a strict continuing education policy that requires 24 hours of continuing education each year
- Have passed ASHI and InterNACHI's Standards of Practice examination
- Certified by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and National Radon Safety Board (NRSB #13ST003)to perform Radon testing

Terry Ewald has passed the IAFCS Home Hazards Test (or HHT). The HHT is a benchmark examination for the professional childproofing industry. The HHT is based on a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates injury prevention information, trends and core babyproofing concepts. Topics include General Home Safety; Burn, Fire & Electrical Safety; Choking, Suffocation, Strangulation & Entrapment Safety; Drowning & Water Related Safety; Safety from Fall; Poison Safety; and Safety from Tip-Overs.
- We are required to successfully complete: Roofing course and examination, Structural course and examination, Electrical course and examination, Plumbing course and examination, Inspector Safety course and examination, Wood Destroying Organism course and examination, 25 Standards course and examination, Moisture Intrusion course and examination, Vermiculite Insulation course, Polybutylene Plumbing course, Water Heater TPR Valve course, Emergency Exit course, Log Home course and examination, Green Building course and examination, Mold Inspection course and examination, Radon course and examination, Commercial Inspection course and examination, and the Foundation Walls and Piers course and examination
- Have completed Purdue University's Termite an Other Wood Destroying Pest IPM course
- Have completed over 30 hours of Infrared training using the latest thermal imagers
- Level I (#9295) Certified Infrared Thermographer through Infraspection Institute
- Attend chapter meeting or educational seminar every two years and one advanced inspection course
- Have signed and submitted an affidavit legally agreeing that I have and will continue to adhere to all InterNACHI standards, ethics and education requirements
